March 1 begins the Week of Prayer for Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. Prayer for our missionaries is the fuel that keeps them going for the task they’ve been called to do in places where the gospel is desperately needed and most often opposed.
We are all here in the Bible Belt, but these missionaries are in places where up to 96% of the people have no clue about Jesus and where there are no evangelical churches. Please make it a priority to pray daily and support the AA Easter Offering. WMBC’s goal is $5,000 and a national goal of $70 million.
WOM is sponsoring a ladies and GA luncheon on March 28th at 11am-1pm. A sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board outside the church office. We are so excited about this special day! Norma Bowlin will be sharing about mission work in Romania. The girls will be stuffing Rag dolls for the WMBC mission trip in October. We are asking for donations of muscle rub, ibuprofen, scarves, and neck ties. All ladies from 1st grade up are encouraged to attend. Please sign up no later than March 15th. WOM groups will meet on Thursdays for Bible study and March 9th for monthly meetings at 6 pm. All ladies are invited to meet with us.
